ADC Studio Shipping Policy

Shipping, Handling, and Processing

 

Andrea D. Charles Studio orders are processed, shipped, and delivered on business days: Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and major holidays).

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES

 

Our estimates of average delivery times are based on information provided by our shipping carriers. Standard Ground delivery is not guaranteed by the carrier but will occur in 5-7 business days after the order has processed for most orders. Orders shipped via 2nd Day and Next Day are guaranteed to commence on the first business day after the order was shipped.

 

For the most up to date delivery estimate, check the tracking number found on your shipping confirmation email.

During promotions, holidays, and at the end of each month, shipments may be delayed slightly due to high order volumes.

 

STANDARD GROUND

 Please allow 1-2 business days for processing depending on product availability.

 

Orders shipped Standard Ground are typically delivered in 2-5 business days after processing.


Orders under 3 lbs are generally shipped via DHL Expedited Max.


Orders over 3 lbs are generally shipped via FedEx Ground or Home Delivery.


Orders for P.O. Boxes will be shipped via USPS and are delivered within 5-14

business days.


Orders for APO/FPO/DPO and US territories are delivered within 14-21 days via USPS.

 

Return & Exchange Policy

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT

 

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or not exactly what you ordered, we will replace the product provided you contact Customer Care within 7 days of receipt by email andrea@andreadcharles.com with your order number.

 

RETURN PROCESSING
Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive a return confirmation email once your return has been processed.


Please contact your credit card company to confirm their refund timeline.
If you paid for your order using a combination of product credit and credit card, the product credit will be refunded first.
